Regional Overview



The Foundation’s region of Central, Southeast and Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (CSEE) is divided into six sub-regions: Central Europe and the Baltic states; Southeast Europe; the West Balkans; Ukraine and Belarus; Russia and Central Asia; and South Caucasus, each encompassing several different countries.

Currently, the Regional Office CSEE in Sofia coordinates activities in 28 project countries.
